About

Founded in 2020, GTI is on a mission to make due diligence work better for those who rely on it.

We’re partly a team of due diligence specialists who love our field so much we decided to change it. And partly a team of engineers who love turning expensive, cumbersome manual processes into seamless software that makes life easier for busy people.

Together we’re here to bring innovation to global due diligence and to offer the highest levels of quality, reliability and efficiency to our clients’ due diligence programs. We also partner with the best compliance software providers, data solutions, global advisory firms, individual experts and due diligence investigators all over the world.

What unites us all is our common passion for ethical global business.

Our Values

Openness

Openness

Innovation relies on openness: to new ideas, to different perspectives, to conflicting views, to changing circumstances.

Integrity

Integrity

The purpose of due diligence is to enable global business to succeed while adhering to the highest ethical standards. The due diligence program should share those standards.

Excellence

Excellence

The stakes in due diligence are too high for low standards: missed risks, sloppy reporting, unclear data provenance, and more. We’re committed to unrelenting excellence.

Agility

Agility

Geopolitics, AI revolution, energy transition and more… The world is changing daily, so due diligence must adapt quickly.

Collaboration

Collaboration

Tech advances can make human insights more valuable than ever. We treasure collaboration between our engineers and domain specialists, and with the wider Ethics & Compliance community.
